41 get a medical bracelet and or alert system

  I got this bracelet closer to the start of this project but I just decided to write about it now and try to get caught up on things I don't wear it often like if I'm going somewhere with a lot of people or that is a place where no one will know me etc…  I bought mine from MedicAlert Foundation its a non-profit  founded in 1956. The plans cost anywhere from $35 to $75 a year they have your records and info for if someone calls 911 for you or other problems etc here is their website https://www.medicalert.org/ they are not a life alert service but do have docs about your medical health if someone calls in.
