I join the Elks Lodge in the last hundred days or so I've really gotten a fair amount out of that one of the big things is they have the garage sale and I managed to have someone come by pick up my old pool table and take that you get a donated sold whatever and I'm just happy to get rid of that thing it had it for probably the last 20 years of my life it was at my parents house and then it came to my duplex and now I just want the space freed up for other storage and utilization so I'm glad I was able to get that accomplished.
I'm really happy I was able to get this accomplished. The elks had a garage sale. I joined that group this summer. Their 501c8 I know the head of it and I know the head's daughter and they took my pool table and got it taken care of. I have a lot more free space in my basement now. I paid about 40 bucks for that pool table when I was like 12 years old or something and have had it the last almost 20 years. I just have barely used it since I moved into my place about 5 years ago and maybe used it. I'd say two or three dozen times not enough to justify the space and whatever it takes of. Plus now everything in my basement is pretty immovable outside of like the washer and dryer since like that
